Remix your Water

Water is life! 💦 And, the beautiful thing about H2O is that we can always put things in it that will nourish us on a deeper level. I typically squeeze lemon or lime into my water because they’re a great antioxidant, they help regulate blood levels, boost immunity and so much more! 🍋 But, I like to spice it up from time to time. This morning I sprinkled a healthy pinch of cayenne pepper into it! 🌶Been sippin all morning! Cayenne Pepper is a great digestive aid and powerful anti-inflammatory. It stimulates the digestive tract and intestines, can ease nausea and other digestive problems. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg bc cayenne, like other peppers, have a myriad of other benefits and uses. What are you putting in your water?
